Thisclubldu is a private recreational club in West Alabama offering its members access to prime Black Belt hunting and fishing on its 600 acre property. Membership is by nomination by existing members and based on limited availability.
Members pay dues annually based on access rights desired (hunting, fishing only, seasonal, social, etc). Members gain access to the property in exchange for annual dues, which are used to cover the land lease and maintenance costs.
Dues are based on access rights and base dues will be emailed annually. Typically after the base dues are paid at the beginning of the lease year, second and third capital calls are charged later during the year.
